Job Description
In this role, you will report directly to the Directors and provide essential administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Directors. We are looking for someone who is creative and thrives in a mission-driven, results-oriented, and community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support services to the Directors to ensure excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize inquiries and requests, resolve conflicts with minimal guidance, and make recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist the Directors with both internal and external communications.
- Handle all scheduling and travel arrangements for the Directors.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including convenings, retreats, various board meetings, and logistics.
- Manage bookings and allocations for conference and training rooms.
- Maintain high-quality filing and communication systems, including contact management, document management, and archiving.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in a relevant field, proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
