Brief Description        

  • The candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support services to Line Maintenance section, to ensure efficient day to day operations.

Detailed Description
Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)

  • Maintain up to date maintenance staff records for all Line Maintenance staff.
  • Compile staff meal allowances and productivity allowances.
  • Prepare, compile & dispatch documents, correspondence, reports and presentations for efficient and effective communication.
  • Handle calls & attend to both internal and external customers.
  • Calendar management and preparation for meetings.
  • Develop, implement & maintain document management systems to ensure availability of up to date & accurate information.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and equipment.
  • To communicate to business partners, staff and other stake holders for effective PR and customer relations.
  • Facilitate KAA inspection and process KAA Airside Stickers for Line Maintenance vehicles.
  • Coordinate KAA Airside Safety Training for the staff.
  • Prepare reports for Third Party Airlines handled by Line Maintenance NBO.

Job Requirements
Qualification (Minimum)  

  • Diploma in Secretarial /Business Studies.
  • Excellent Communication / Interpersonal Skills.
  • IT Literacy.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a large organization or Service Organization.
