Marketing Associate
Job Purpose
The Marketing Associate will coordinate and execute Grounded’s marketing activities across digital, retail, and community channels. The role serves as the key link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all marketing outputs are accurate, consistent with the brand, and ready for practical use across platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for the external marketing agency by translating internal priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables

Review and quality-check marketing outputs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and operational usability

Track marketing campaigns, assets, approvals, and documentation for internal reference and accountability

Manage Grounded’s WhatsApp communities and outbound customer communications, including drafting and scheduling approved messages
-
Coordinate closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to align messaging with customer needs and market feedback

Manage and update product descriptions, images, and related content across the Grounded website and retailer platforms

Support e-commerce initiatives including product launches, bundles, seasonal promotions, and range updates

Coordinate the setup, testing, and rollout of e-commerce promotions such as discount codes, wallet credits, and loyalty schemes
-
Prepare clear briefs for technical teams and ensure customer-facing teams understand promotion mechanics

Support development of point-of-sale materials and coordinate basic product photography and asset organization

Draft and maintain copy for blogs, newsletters, training materials, FAQs, and customer-facing guides

Maintain a structured library of approved creative assets and brand language resources
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related field

At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
-
Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
-
Basic design awareness and ability to work within brand and style guidelines
-
Experience coordinating with agencies, designers, or technical teams
-
Practical understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer communication channels
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-
High level of ownership, accountability, and documentation discipline
