Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Procurement and Logistics teams by maintaining accurate documentation and updating internal and external dashboards. The role focuses on ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate communication of supply chain information across the organization in line with established processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team, including procurement and logistics functions, by following up on assigned action items

• Maintain and update supply chain documentation in line with approved processes and current operational status

• Update and manage supply chain dashboards used for internal coordination and external communication

• Track documentation progress and ensure records reflect the latest information

• Offer ad-hoc operational and administrative support as required by the Supply Chain team

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a supply chain or administrative support role

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data handling

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High level of integrity with strong attention to detail
