Warehouse Clerk

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving/Issuing Materials & Finished Goods
  • Receive inbound raw materials and verify quantities against delivery notes.
  • Issue raw materials to factories based on approved requisitions.
  • Receive finished goods from factories and ensure they are accurately recorded.
  • Issue finished goods to customers in line with dispatch instructions.
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate and orderly stock records.
  • Conduct daily and weekly physical stock counts and assist in monthly or quarterly stocktaking
  • exercises.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Prepare and file all warehouse documents, including delivery notes, goods received vouchers, stock
  • issue forms, and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure all stock transactions are supported by proper documentation.
  • Assist in preparing stock sheets and inventory reports as required.
  • Warehouse Coordination
  • Work closely with store supervisors, procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure
  • smooth flow of materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and finished goods.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or equipment promptly.
  • Comply with company policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certificate or diploma in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse or inventory control.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.

Customer Service Staff

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Warehouse Administration
  • Update inbound and outbound raw materials in the company’s system, and maintain accurate and upto-date inventory records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock sheets.
  • Support warehouse processes, including, receiving raw materials, issuing raw materials to factories,
  • receiving finished goods from factories, issuing finished goods to customers, etc.
  • Procurement & Documentation
  • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Receive, verify, and upload supplier invoices and credit notes into the company system for payment processing.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all documents, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, procurement team, suppliers, factories, and customers.
  • Provide timely updates on stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies related to stock, delivery, or documentation.
  • System & Reporting
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the company’s ERP or inventory system.
  • Generate reports as required for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year’s experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
