The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations. This position requires a proactive and personable individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining effective communication across teams, and fostering a positive office culture.

  • Manage daily administrative functions, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and filing.
  • Support financial operations such as payroll processing, petty cash management, issuing invoices and rent dues, and coordinating rent collection and banking.
  • Act as the communication link between staff, clients, tenants, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities and logistics.
  • Provide human resource support, including employee coordination and general staff assistance.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment by fostering positive interactions with colleagues, tenants, and visitors.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing daily operational challenges.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of PowerPoint or project management tools is an added advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional written communication and email etiquette.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a people-oriented approach.
