Gadget Connect is seeking to hire an Admin/Customer Relations Assistant to support daily office operations, enhance customer experience, and nurture strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors, and partners at the reception area.

• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk and waiting area.

• Respond promptly to walk-in client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, Customer Service, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative support role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
