IT Graduate Trainees at AAR Healthcare Kenya

The overall purpose of the job:

• To assist in providing first-line support for all IT-related operations and issues, and assigns appropriately promptly.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating IT service desk requests from users and provide timely feedback on all requests.
• Assist in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and IT documentation.
• Assist in developing tools, procedures and training sessions for operation and user support.
• Assist in generating weekly and monthly IT service desk reports, IT assets inventory reports and IT project reports.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related discipline.
• Software and hardware support
• Knowledge of Programming PHP, Python, Java
• Knowledge of databases eg Postgres SQL, Microsoft SQL
• Good customer service and people skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Pleasant personality
• Excellent communication skills
