Our client, a manufacturer and seller of motorcycles, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR operations and eager to grow in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Help coordinate training and development programs.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Provide relevant data for payroll processing (e.g., absences, bonuses, leave, overtime).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
