Baobab Beach Resort & Spa (Diani) is inviting applications for the role of Floor Supervisor in the Housekeeping department.

In this leadership role, you will:

• Supervise guest room attendants
• Uphold impeccable cleanliness standards
• Ensure every detail reflects Baobab’s signature hospitality

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma/Certificate in Housekeeping or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in a 4–5 star hotel
• Strong computer & communication skills (foreign language is an advantage)
• Valid certificate of good conduct
