Social Media Manager at Geek-Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the face and voice of our brand – appear in front of the camera for reels, tutorials, gift features, and more
• Record voiceovers for videos with engaging storytelling
• Take high-quality photos and videos of gift products, hampers, flowers, and décor
• Style and creatively present products for shoots and reels
• Plan and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp
• Build and engage with our online community through comments, DMs, and campaigns
• Come up with creative marketing ideas and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Corporate Gifting)
• Track content performance and help improve digital reach and sales
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or other editing software to create polished, professional content

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong on-camera presence – confident speaking and hosting on video
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Creativity and passion for gifting aesthetics, product styling, and presentation
• Photography and video editing skills (for social media)
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom or similar tools
• Good command of English and Swahili (for captions and voiceovers)
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Atleast 3 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, influencer marketing, or branding

EDUCATION

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
