We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating information across systems, and supporting our operations with clean, reliable data.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into various systems and spreadsheets
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain digital files and organized records
- Support in compiling reports and extracting data as requested
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and data protection procedures
We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a similar data entry or administrative role
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- A diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is an advantage
