KEY ROLES

• Posting invoices on the ERP
• Petty cash disbursement and reconciliations
• HQ Petty cash must be correctly posted and reconciled every Wednesday of the week before disbursements are done on Thursdays.
• Post and reconcile all store petty cash on the 2nd day of every month.
• Disburse petty cash in a timeous manner to stakeholders.
• Proper Filing.
• Maintain an up to date filing of all the above activities.
• Any other duty given by the Finance Manager.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field. CPAK

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Knowledge of accounting software (Sage preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools Excellent time management and organizational skills Integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication

• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• No prior experience required
