Reservations/ Admin Assistant at Tamarind Group – Tamarind Group Kenya Job Details
- Oversee the daily activities of the Reservations Department
- Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and assist in the preparation of the checklists
- Prepare a monthly calendar of events for the restaurant
- Ensure adequate supplies of brochures, and information packages
- Liaise closely with the Head Waiter on all information concerning bookings
- Act as the main point of contact
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Diploma in Tourism related fields. A university degree is an added advantage
- At least 2 years in a similar post
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
