Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service, drive retail sales, manage POS transactions, support store operations, and promote physiotherapy and rehabilitation products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Welcome and assist customers with product selection.

  • Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.

  • Upsell and cross-sell related items.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.

Cash & POS Operations

  • Process sales using POS systems accurately.

  • Manage daily cash float and reconciliation.

  • Ensure secure handover of cash deposits.

Store Operations & Inventory

  • Assist in merchandising and stock display.

  • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment.

  • Maintain clean and organized shelves.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Support in-store promotions and campaigns.

  • Promote loyalty programs.

  • Share updates on social media when needed.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain customer records.

  • Assist with reports and daily summaries.

  • Provide feedback to improve services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2+ years in retail sales (health/wellness/pharma preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

  • Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.

Key Skills

  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable with standing and occasional lifting.
