Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service, drive retail sales, manage POS transactions, support store operations, and promote physiotherapy and rehabilitation products.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
-
Welcome and assist customers with product selection.

Provide product knowledge and after-sales support.

Upsell and cross-sell related items.
-
Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns.
Cash & POS Operations
-
Process sales using POS systems accurately.
-
Manage daily cash float and reconciliation.
-
Ensure secure handover of cash deposits.
Store Operations & Inventory
-
Assist in merchandising and stock display.
-
Monitor stock levels and request replenishment.
-
Maintain clean and organized shelves.
Marketing & Promotions
-
Support in-store promotions and campaigns.
-
Promote loyalty programs.
-
Share updates on social media when needed.
Administrative Support
-
Maintain customer records.
-
Assist with reports and daily summaries.
-
Provide feedback to improve services.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-
2+ years in retail sales (health/wellness/pharma preferred).
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
-
Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable with standing and occasional lifting.
