Legal Clerk at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd – Peoplelink Consultants Ltd Kenya Job Details
Qualifications
- Diploma required/ degree in legal studies preferred.
- Prior experience in a legal assistant or clerk role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal software is a plus.
- Legal certifications (such as Paralegal certification) would be an added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and manage legal documents.
- Assist in legal research and prepare summaries.
- Support case preparation and court filing processes.
- Coordinate schedules and manage communications within the legal team.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic understanding of legal research tools and online databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
- Experience with legal management software or document management systems is beneficial.
