• Experience: 4+ years as a sales head or manager.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a sense of accountability.
• Proven leadership, team management, and performance supervision abilities. Skilled in selling, marketing, negotiation, and customer management.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and innovation.
• Excellent communicator, capable of mentoring and resolving customer issues effectively.
