Accounts Assistant at St. Ruth School

• St. Ruth School is located in Red Hill, Kentmere Area in Limuru. We offer Montessori Kindergarten and Primary School teaching in both the Kenyan and British systems. If you are a well-organized and pro-active accounts assistant, we would like you to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing accounts: Ensure clients and supplier accounts are accurate. Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Processing payments: Track and reconcile expenses. Identify discrepancies and check documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Record-keeping: Maintain an accurate filing and record system
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Skills and qualifications

• Accounting or other relevant qualification eg. CPA
• At least 2 years experience
• Computer literate and familiar with Ms Office packages, Quick Books
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to deal with confidential information
