Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management practices.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience in accounting and, preferably, in a foundation or nonprofit environment.
