Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management practices.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in accounting and, preferably, in a foundation or nonprofit environment.
