Gross Salary: 70-90k plus incentives,
Our client delivers exceptional service and innovative solutions as a leader in the office supplies industry. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Team Leader/Call Center Supervisor who will lead from the front and grow the telesales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting a team of telesales agents.
- Organise and conduct training for all new staff.
- Lead from the front and engage in the sales process when time permits.
- Put incentives in place to motivate the team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the general running of the office and perform admin duties where necessary.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous leadership experience is essential; experience managing a telesales team is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Convincing, assertive and yet customer service oriented
- Persistent, detail oriented and accurate
- Can work both independently and collaboratively
- Competitive and wants to be successful
- Able to effectively manage their time
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work with UK time zone
