Gross Salary:  70-90k plus incentives,

Our client delivers exceptional service and innovative solutions as a leader in the office supplies industry. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Team Leader/Call Center Supervisor who will lead from the front and grow the telesales agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting a team of telesales agents.
• Organise and conduct training for all new staff.
• Lead from the front and engage in the sales process when time permits.
• Put incentives in place to motivate the team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the general running of the office and perform admin duties where necessary.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Previous leadership experience is essential; experience managing a telesales team is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Convincing, assertive and yet customer service oriented
• Persistent, detail oriented and accurate
• Can work both independently and collaboratively
• Competitive and wants to be successful
• Able to effectively manage their time
• Fluent in English 
• Willing to work with UK time zone
