The Executive Assistant will provide administrative & logistical support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/ external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, meeting agendas and actions
• Organize and maintain files both electronic and paper
• Attend meetings and take minutes as required ensuring follow up of action items.
• Perform various office management tasks, including supply ordering and facility coordination.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative / executive support role.
• ICT proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while managing deadlines.
• Experience in the health care industry is an added advantage.
• A proactive attitude and problem solving skills.
