Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails according to the restaurant’s recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and in good working condition.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of a wide range of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
