Job Purpose
- The Projects Manager drives delivery of the CIO’s digital transformation roadmap coordinating enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through go-live. The role leads project coordinators, project support staff, and systems tech interns.
Job Description
Project & Program Delivery
- Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management for each initiative.
- Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, fleet) in partnership with business and vendor stakeholders.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization against the CIO’s digital roadmap.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive structured change management — communications, training, and support — to secure user adoption post go-live.
- Coordinate go-live and hypercare support with the project coordinators and systems tech support team.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and cost.
- Provide regular project status, risk, and benefits reporting to the CIO and steering committees.
Team Leadership
- Lead project coordinators/support staff and systems tech support interns across concurrent projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 3-5+ years managing IT or digital transformation projects, ideally with enterprise system implementations (ERP/CRM/MES/eCommerce).

QC Intern Production
Job Purpose
- The ideal candidate will support the implementation of conformity assessment systems for the inspection and certification of locally manufactured and imported materials, ensuring adherence to approved specifications and high-quality standards
Job Description
- Constant internal tests against standards.
- Material classification accuracy at 100% by enforcing segregation of prime sheets from scraps before handing over to dispatch team.
- Periodic testing of Royal Mabati products by third party (KEBS).
- Site inspection of customer complaints and coming up with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Maintaining proper record of raw material test and assessment report at the head office and branches.
- Analyze and investigate material complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
