Key Responsibilities

• Learning the restaurant menu thoroughly to confidently explain available dishes, recommend suitable options, pair meals, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Receiving and recording customer orders accurately to minimise errors and ensure prompt service.
• Communicating order updates to customers and coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth service delivery.
• Providing efficient and seamless dining experiences from the time guests are seated until they complete payment.
• Acting as a professional representative of the restaurant by maintaining a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding promptly to customer requests or concerns.
• Preparing and maintaining clean, well-arranged tables, polished cutlery, and organised dining areas.
• Maintaining excellent personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance standards.

Requirements

• Addressing order-related issues professionally and supporting satisfactory resolutions.
• Operating the delivery motorcycle safely and complying with applicable traffic regulations.
• Demonstrating good judgement and responsibility while performing delivery assignments.
• Maintaining respectful and professional interactions with customers.
• Upholding the restaurant’s professionalism and customer-service standards.
