Procurement & Logistics Officer

Orient Construction and Interiors is seeking a skilled Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to ensuring smooth procurement operations and efficient logistics management across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Source materials and prepare purchase orders
• Obtain supplier quotations
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records

Logistics & Inventory Management

• Coordinate material deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation

Supplier & Site Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and site teams
• Monitor supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare procurement reports
• Maintain detailed documentation
• Support compliance with company policies and audits

Qualifications

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–8 years’ experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction materials and site operations is an added advantage
• Membership with KISM or CIPS is required or in progress toward certification
