ICT Trainer (Diploma Holder)
For appointment to this position, a candidate must have:
- Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- An applicant in possession of Pedagogy and TVETA Registration and Licensing will have an added advantage.
- An applicant skilled in Co-curricular activities that complement classroom learning and help students develop practical skills for instance, drama and theatre will have an added advantage.
- Demonstrated practical skills in ICT training and laboratory/workshop management.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of competency-based practical training..
- Prepare and maintain ICT laboratories and training equipment.
- Assist in learner assessment and supervision during practical sessions.
- Maintain accurate training and equipment records.
- Support curriculum implementation and departmental activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the institution.

Shortlisted candidates with qualifications acquired outside Kenya should obtain recognition from Commission for University Education (CUE).
There are two (2) Trainer positions available in the ICT Department. Candidates will be considered separately based on their academic qualifications. One (1) position is reserved for a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree, while the other is reserved for a candidate with a Diploma Certificate. Applicants are encouraged to apply for the position that matches their qualifications.
