ICT Manager at 67 Airport Hotel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure, including local networks (LAN/WAN), servers, cloud systems, backup solutions, and guest/staff Wi-Fi networks.
• Manage and maintain specialized hospitality software, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and keycard locking systems.
• Implement robust cybersecurity measures, firewalls, and data protection protocols. Oversee the maintenance of CCTV, access control, and IP telephony systems.
• Provide timely technical support to all departments and ensure minimal downtime for guest-facing technologies (e.g., in-room entertainment, conference room AV setups).
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and ISPS. Keep an accurate inventory of all hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
• Advise management on technology upgrades, IT budgeting, and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer
• Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with hotel- specific systems such as Property Management Systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and keycard systems. Strong knowledge of network management, security, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
