Key Responsibilities

• Verify all outbound and return items before loading, signing off to confirm accountability for products leaving the facility.
• Accompany drivers on assigned routes and confirm that all scheduled deliveries are completed on time.
• Prepare, complete, and manage delivery paperwork including goods received notes (GRNs) and delivery dockets.
• Track and reconcile the movement of crates, cans, and stock between customers and the factory, noting any discrepancies.
• Report operational incidents to supervisors immediately and maintain consistent communication throughout the delivery cycle.
• Protect company assets by securing the vehicle, keeping it clean, and ensuring goods are stowed correctly during transport.
• Follow all company policies, meet key performance indicators (KPIs), arrive on time, and complete tasks assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or a completed KCSE qualification.
• A minimum of one year of work experience in the dairy industry, specifically in a sales or distribution role.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with drivers, customers, and supervisors.
• Capability to work effectively within a team and respond to changing priorities in a structured environment.
• Demonstrated personal integrity and empathy when handling customer concerns or problems.
• Customer service awareness and problem-solving ability to address delivery or documentation issues promptly.
