  • Manage administrative and workflow support for external photographers, videographers, editors, and production vendors, including tracking deliverables, managing review cycles, and coordinating feedback loops.
  • Support live and hybrid event production activities through scheduling coordination, vendor management, run-of-show documentation, and post-event content delivery.
  • Maintain the organization’s media and story asset bank by tagging, archiving, and ensuring content accessibility through digital asset management systems.
  • Monitor and document audio-visual deliverables, track production outputs, and assist with reporting on reach, engagement, and production performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of professional experience in media production, production coordination, or associate producer roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a range of audio-visual productions, including short-form and long-form video, social media content, and event-related media.
