About TakaTaka Solutions

TakaTaka Solutions operates a waste management and recycling operation that diverges significantly from conventional landfill practices. The company collects waste across its service areas and directs materials to its own processing facilities, where staff sort and recycle approximately 95% of incoming waste—either through in-house operations or partnerships with local recycling enterprises. This recycling rate ranks among the highest globally and reflects the organisation’s commitment to circular economy principles.

TakaTaka Solutions is recruiting across three distinct roles based in Kiambu. These positions span customer-facing support, human resources administration, and technical operations supervision. All roles are full-time and open on a rolling basis.
