  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers; conduct regular follow-ups, address inquiries, and support customer retention initiatives.
  • Manage customer communication via email, IFMIS, and WhatsApp; ensure professional, timely responses and maintain proper documentation of all interactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports; maintain records of customers, quotations, tenders, and project sales; submit activity and performance reports as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Professional Certificate qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related sales role.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and maintaining CRM systems; familiarity with sales databases and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with quotation preparation, tender management, and project-based sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track sales pipelines, and meet sales targets consistently.
