Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, organize, and issue inventory in line with established warehouse procedures and documentation standards.
- Support inventory management by performing stock counts, recording stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and within required delivery timelines.
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries, maintain logistics documentation, and report operational delays or issues to the Senior Logistics Associate.
- Conduct quality checks on products during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch phases, and escalate quality or inventory concerns promptly.
- Update inventory and logistics data in relevant systems and prepare basic operational reports as assigned.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards by adhering to company policies and health and safety requirements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work through operational challenges independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work both independently and within a team-oriented operational setting.
