About the Role

AIC Kijabe Hospital is recruiting an HR Officer- Talent Acquisition to join its Human Resources department in Kijabe. Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment advertisements and post open vacancies on the AIC Kijabe Hospital website and relevant platforms
• Screen job applications and prepare shortlists of suitable candidates for all hospital units and departments
• Coordinate interview schedules and participate in conducting interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct background verification checks and confirm the authenticity of academic and professional qualifications for shortlisted candidates
• Oversee the induction and orientation programme to ensure new staff are fully integrated into hospital operations
• Administer probation period assessments and provide constructive feedback to employees upon completion of their probationary term

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive personnel information
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
