About the Role

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Current membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive personnel information
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
