About the Role

Excelon Limited is recruiting a Resort/Restaurant Supervisor for its Nairobi operation. This is a full-time position responsible for directing day-to-day activities across guest services, food and beverage operations, and recreational facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations, address guest complaints promptly, and ensure each guest receives personalised attention and service.

• Monitor facility maintenance, food service quality, and housekeeping operations to ensure all areas meet established benchmarks.
• Contribute to budget planning, monitor departmental spending, and recommend measures to use resources efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Verify that all operations comply with health regulations, safety protocols, and local statutory requirements; report any breaches immediately.
• Plan and oversee special events, conferences, and recreational activities; coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, resort, or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate clearly with staff at all levels, and resolve operational issues.
• Working knowledge of property management systems and hospitality industry software platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays, as required by resort operations.
• Strong attention to detail, capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and ability to remain composed in busy environments.
• Understanding of cultural diversity and ability to engage professionally with guests from varied backgrounds.
