About the Role

A Nairobi-based private aviation charter company is recruiting a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Officer on a full-time basis to spearhead online growth across multiple channels. This is a remote position offering a base salary of Ksh 50,000 plus performance bonuses. The role sits at the intersection of lead generation, brand building, and customer acquisition—reporting to leadership on measurable outcomes from digital campaigns, social media engagement, and B2B outreach efforts.

The organisation operates a fleet of helicopters, turboprops, and business jets serving corporate and high-net-worth clientele across East Africa. Your mandate will be to increase online visibility, generate qualified charter leads, and establish the company as the region’s leading private aviation provider through targeted digital strategies and consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition for charter services.
  • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts, ensuring daily content publication aligned with brand guidelines and audience targeting.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to verified corporate targets, logging a minimum of 25 personalised messages daily in the CRM system within 90 minutes.
  • Execute B2B partnership outreach to corporate decision-makers including procurement heads, travel managers, and NGO executives, with a target of 5 daily contacts.
  • Monitor Google Ads performance and optimise paid advertising campaigns to maintain a cost-per-lead below $75, submitting weekly performance reports.
  • Create and publish blog content targeting high-intent private charter search terms—minimum 4 posts per month—to improve organic search visibility.
  • Analyse campaign metrics, track customer engagement, and provide regular reports on conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing ROI to management.
  • Develop and submit a monthly content calendar at the start of each month, ensuring consistent and planned posting across all digital channels.
  • Broadcast empty leg availability alerts to the company contact list within 15 minutes of confirmation to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with broader business objectives and sales pipeline requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of documented experience in B2B digital marketing with measurable results and verifiable campaign performance data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn cold outreach with evidence of previous campaign response rates and lead conversion metrics.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with documented cost-per-lead performance and budget optimisation.
  • Active track record managing social media for premium or luxury brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Experience creating content and positioning high-end products or services to affluent and corporate audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and target corporate decision-makers: C-suite executives, executive assistants, procurement heads, and regional directors.
  • Background in luxury travel, hospitality, financial services, or aviation is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and comfort preparing regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Must own a laptop, smartphone, and maintain a reliable internet connection for remote work.
