About the Role

Solar Panda is recruiting for a Shop Admin- Matuu to join its team in Kenya. This is a full-time position based in the renewable energy retail sector, offering hands-on experience in shop operations, inventory management, and customer service. The Shop Admin- Matuu will serve as a key link between field agents, warehouse operations, and customers, ensuring smooth daily operations and stock availability.

As a Shop Admin- Matuu at Solar Panda, you will manage the physical shop environment while maintaining accurate records and inventory systems. Key Responsibilities

• Distribute stock allocations to field agents based on their product requirements and operational needs
• Receive incoming shipments from the warehouse and verify all items in the internal management system
• Oversee shop inventory levels and submit timely stock requests to maintain adequate supply
• Process warranty replacements and provide technical guidance to customers experiencing product issues
• Perform weekly physical inventory counts and reconcile figures against system records
• Brief customers on product features, usage procedures, and warranty conditions with clear communication
• Maintain organized filing systems for Field Agent agreements and associated documentation
• Keep the shop space clean, organized, and aligned with company operational standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in any field of study
• Two years of prior experience in a similar shop administration or inventory management role (advantageous)
• Fluency in the local mother tongue (advantageous for customer interactions)
• Ability to maintain accurate records and organize filing systems
• Basic competency with internal inventory management systems
• Strong communication skills for customer engagement and team coordination
