Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recent graduate status or fewer than 2 years of work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Kenyan employment law and labour regulations is advantageous
