Job Summary:

Ate Restaurant is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses and Bartenders. As a vital part of our service team, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Waiters/Waitresses:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
2. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages.
3. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
4. Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a high level of service throughout the dining experience.
5. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
7. Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
8. Handle payments and provide accurate change.

Bartenders:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
2. Interact with customers to take drink orders and make recommendations.
3. Mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
4. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
5. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Handle cash and process payments accurately.
7. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
5. Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
6. Must be of legal drinking age for Bartenders.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Certification in food handling and alcohol service is a plus.
