Regional Domain Manager – Fleets & Vehicles at Bolt – Bolt Kenya Job Details
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of Fleets & Vehicles programs across multiple markets, including financing, branding, electrification, KAM, fleet support, and fleet deals
- Own regional KPIs such as financed vehicle GMV share, branding penetration, electrification mix, KAM coverage, and program profitability
- Translate global strategies into actionable execution plans aligned with local supply dynamics
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery against targets
- Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources toward the highest ROI opportunities, managing trade-offs effectively
- Act as the bridge between central and local teams by surfacing regulatory challenges, supply-side constraints, and operational insights
- Contribute to program improvement by providing structured feedback and helping evolve scalable frameworks and playbooks
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Build capabilities within local teams by sharing best practices, enabling knowledge transfer, and supporting business case developme

- You have 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles with regional or multi-country scope
- You have a proven track record of delivering and scaling multi-market programs with measurable results
- You bring a strong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience managing performance metrics, budgets, and ROI
