The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining operational procedures that are required to run the day-to-day activities of the Medicines business channel. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to continuously improve the entire operational experience within the company.
Job Description
- To inspect and receive incoming orders delivered to our warehouse
- In bounding Inventory into the system with the right price and quantity
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals and always ensuring a clean, well maintained warehouse
- Picking and Packing; Fulfilling orders to ship to clients by picking the correct pharmaceutical products based on order specifications, packing and labeling packages accurately.
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices and Delivery notes.
- Follow up order delivery timelines,inform clients of expected delivery date and handle any arising unfulfilled orders.
- Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations for restocking.

Who You Are
- Ability to understand Medicines/products and healthcare value chain
- Willingness to initiate and build relationships
- Self-starter who is capable of working autonomously
- Educational Certificate in Pharmacy (Degree or Diploma)
