Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and guests.
- Present menu and provide detailed information about our menu, food portions, ingredients.
- Prepare tables by setting up linen, glasses and silverware.
- Inform customers of day’s specials.
- Good upselling skills.
- Povide excellent customer service
- Ensure continuous clearance after service
- Good grooming
- Adherance to health and safety standards at all times.
Education and/or Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality management or it’s equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Three (3) years minimum experience in a busy restaurant/Hotel.
- Prior experience working in a Members club an added advantage.
- Ability to read, write and execute basic maths skills.
