- Handle all inquiries from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Ghana, and Nigeria, ensuring every lead is engaged and converted.
- Follow up with all leads aggressively—no lost clients, no missed opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders & repeat customers using relationship-based selling.
- Maintain 100% CRM data accuracy—every client interaction must be logged in real-time.
- Conduct high-quality cold calls to businesses, hotels, event organizers, and potential buyers.
- Sell with strategy, not pressure—understand client needs and provide solutions.
- Assist clients with quotations, invoices, and order confirmations while ensuring seamless service.
Follow-Up & Conversion Optimization
- Implement a strict follow-up strategy to ensure maximum conversion of leads.
- Maintain a response time of under 5 minutes for all new inquiries.
- Ensure 85%+ conversion rate for warm leads.
- Track and push clients through the full sales funnel (Inquiry → Quotation → Order → Repeat Purchase).
- Build strong relationships to secure long-term contracts and increase client retention.
CRM & Sales Process Management
- Use Zoho CRM to manage all leads—zero lost data, zero missed follow-ups.
- Handle 3CX calls professionally, ensuring all international client calls are tracked and analyzed.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, closed deals, and lost opportunities.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase client lifetime value.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and client engagement.
Efficiency & Digital Tools Mastery
- Excel in fast typing and accurate data entry for CRM and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for writing proposals, quotations, and business emails.
- Use Canva to create client presentations and promotional offers.
- Quick adaptability to Zoho CRM, 3CX, and other business software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 85%+ conversion rate for warm leads.
- Zero missed follow-ups—every inquiry must be engaged.
- CRM data accuracy: 100%—all client interactions must be logged.
- Client response time: Under 5 minutes for new inquiries.
- Daily call target: Minimum of 50 quality calls.
- Repeat business: 90%+ of satisfied customers must return.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Strong experience using Zoho CRM, 3CX, and Excel for tracking sales pipelines.
- Fast & accurate typing skills (Speed above 50 WPM preferred).
- Exceptional follow-up skills—zero missed leads, immediate engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional email etiquette & Microsoft Word proficiency.
- Basic Canva design skills for client presentations and offers.
- Ability to manage clients across multiple African countries.
