Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Providing information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Create and post social media content
Requirements:
- Experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
