Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Providing information about spa services, packages, and promotions
  • Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Create and post social media content

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
