- Responsible for sorting avocados based on quality, size, ripeness, and other specific criteria before they are packaged or sent for further processing.
- Diploma in Food Science Technology, Supply Chain Management, Financial Accounting or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Strong supervision skills and proficiency in people management, teamwork, problem solving and coordination.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or coordination role is required (3 years), preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting managing a team of sorters, casuals’ operators and palletizing staff.
- Strong commitment to safety, Health and environment
