Overall purpose:The primary role of a Line Attendant is to support with the production of the products and sales in the mall as well as helping customers with the maximum customer service
Responsibility
- Greeting and Directing Customers
- Helping customers find the items they want and assisting them shop
- Create merchandising displays
- Ensuring the shelves are neatly and appropriately stocked
- Ensuring all the products have price tags
- Maintaining the stocks control system.
- Taking inventory and accurate stock taking / verification and variance analysis
- Reconciling cash receipts and performing services for customers
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business management or any business-related field
- Line attendant experience or a related position of atleast 2 years and above.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong performance orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A demonstrated commitment to professionalism, a strong work ethic, high standards & integrity.
