Role Summary:
- Oversee student behavior, track academic progress, provide pastoral care, and support career development. You will guide students through personal challenges, promote holistic learning, and contribute to fostering a positive school ethos.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education from a Kenyan University
- Must be registered with the TSC
- Over five years of teaching experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to student welfare and academic success
Added Advantage:
- Counselling Psychology course
- Relevant professional certifications
