Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales & Debt Collection Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, property showings, and closing deals as well as identifying and tracking outstanding debts. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients. They will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Degree in real estate or related field
  • Experience in sales, customer service and debt collection
  • Knowledge of real property and the local real estate market is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Conduct open houses to promote listings
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business
  • Identify, track and negotiate payment plans for outstanding debts
