Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for communicating our services to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, generating sales, selling insurance products, and conducting training sessions for clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Understanding of financial products ability to sell financial products
• Experience in conducting training sessions
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Familiarity with microfinance industry
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
