Reservations Officer at Aircraft Leasing Services (ALS)

Purpose:

• As an Airline Reservations Officer/Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, providing travel information, and offering exceptional customer service.
• You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking flights and managing customer requests.
• You will also have the opportunity to work with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
