The Royal Residence is located ten minutes away from the of Kitengela town, a sub-urban of Nairobi. We are also strategically located in a quiet neighbourhood of other living residences away from factories the highway and noisy environments. Our units feature 3 bedrooms per unit – one master en-suite and two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and balcony.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Receptionist Wanted at The Royal Residence in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Intern Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk tasks, welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will preferably reside in or nearby Kitengela, Nairobi.

The ideal candidate will have experience or formal education in hospitality, strong customer experience and communication skills, proficiency in English and Swahili, proficiency in computer use and general knowledge or experience in customer service. Additional skills will be a great addition and an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
